Is this FREE Shipping?
ABSOLUTELY! Shipping is free anywhere in the Philippines.

When will my order be shipped?
To maintain freshness and ensure high quality blends, we don't pre-pack your tea. We package them as orders come in hence, we need 1-2 business days to prepare your order before we can ship it.

How do I track my order?
We will send out tracking numbers via SMS and/or email once your order is shipped. Usually it takes 4-7 business days for your order to arrive at your doorstep depending on your chosen courier.

What are your payment options?
We accept Cash on Delivery(COD), GCash, Major Debit and Credit Cards, GrabPay, Maya, GoTyme, ShopeePay etc.

How can I cancel my order?
Please contact us in less than 24 hours from the time of order. Unfortunately, if the order/s have already been shipped, we are unable to cancel them (this also means that we already paid the courier money to deliver it to you. It is also non refundable).

Do you offer returns/refunds?
We assess each situation on a case-to-case basis. If you would like to request for a refund, send us an email or contact us via Facebook about your concern along with the order number and our accommodating staff will attend to your request.
