Do you offer FREE Shipping?

YES! Shipping is ALWAYS FREE anywhere in the Philippines.

When will my order be shipped?

To maintain freshness and ensure high quality blends, we don't pre-pack your tea. We package them as orders come in hence, we need 1-2 business days to prepare your order before we can ship it.

Shipping times depend on the courier. We use either LBC or J&T Express and shipping times vary anywhere from 2-5 days.

UPDATED LBC Shipping Times from South Luzon:

  • NCR, North & South Luzon 1-2 days
  • Visayas 2-5 days
  • Mindanao 3-6 days
  • Puerto Princesa 2-3 days
  • Batanes 4-6 days
  • Coron 3-4 days
  • Luzon Islands(Marinduque, Masbate, Mindoro, Catanduanes) 3-5 days

How do I track my order?

We will send out tracking numbers via SMS and/or email once your order is shipped.

Using the tracking number we will send you, you can check on the courier's website for updates on the delivery.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Cash on Delivery(COD), GCash, Major Debit and Credit Cards, GrabPay, Maya, GoTyme, ShopeePay etc.

How can I cancel my order?

Please contact us in less than 24 hours from the time of order to process the cancellation.

Unfortunately, if the order/s have already been shipped, we are unable to cancel them because its already on its way to you.

Do you offer returns/refunds?

We assess each situation on a case-to-case basis. If you would like to request for a refund, send us an email or contact us via our Facebook Page about your concern along with the order number and our accommodating staff will attend to your request.

Do you accept Wholesale/Bulk orders?

Orders 10pcs(assorted) and up AUTOMATICALLY get an EXTRA 10% OFF.

Our tea are sustainably sourced locally and in Asia.

Can drinking tea make my stomach upset?

Tea in general contains diuretics. Most teas have diuretic ingredients that speeds up the body's ability to eliminate toxins, bacteria, and fluids hence, some tea drinkers may experience an upset stomach that maybe percieved as diarrhea however, its the body's natural reaction to detoxification and cleansing.

Each Tablespoon is Guaranteed to Brew More Than One Cup!

Our full-bodied Loose Tea Leaf Blends are sure to produce up to 2 cups. It's crafted to enjoy with family and friends or for a well-deserved me-time.

Just keep note that the first brew is always the strongest and the flavor is reduced usually on the 2nd to 3rd cup.

Serving Suggestions

HOT TEA

  • For maximum flavor, steep each cup for 10 minutes in hot water.
  • To produce the strongest brew, use 15g(1 tbsp) per 250 mL cup. For a milder flavor, use 7g(1/2 tbsp) only.
  • A 15g(1 tbsp) loose tea leaf can produce 2-3 cups per 10mins of brewing. A second brew of the same leaves means milder flavor and so on.

Serving Suggestions

1 LITER OF TEA

  • To brew a liter, use  4 tablespoons of loose tea leaves and steep for 10 minutes or longer as desired.
  • Leave in the fridge to cool.
  • Adding ice will dilute the flavor.
